In order to have as large an impact as possible the organiser of the Al Asala Festival has always endeavoured to actively include famous personalities and stars from different countries. In this way it was possible to ensure a significant international media coverage not only of the event as such but also of the ideas underlying it. In its turn the media coverage ensures that the message of culture to culture encounter and understanding is heard far beyond the close circle of "dialogue-experts".
